Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide seamless chairside support to experienced dentists using efficient four-handed dentistry techniques
- Prepare treatment rooms meticulously, ensuring all instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized, and ready for use
- Promptly break down and reset treatment rooms post-procedure, returning instruments for immediate sterilization
- Organize and set up procedure trays according to the day’s patient charts and expected treatments
- Daily morning meeting and team schedule review, anticipating the doctor's needs in advance
- Greet, seat, and screen patients - communicating patient concerns effectively to the doctor
- Take alginates, pour and trim models or scan utilizing the iTero scanner
- Capture high-quality diagnostic images, including PA, bitewing, panoramic, and 3D/CBCT x-rays as needed
- Ensure operatories are consistently well-stocked and organized to support efficient patient care
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to bring warmth, empathy, and positive energy to every patient interaction
- Previous experience as a dental assistant, with a strong foundation in clinical support
- Current certifications in Radiation Health & Safety and Infection Control (or willingness to obtain promptly)
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn, adapt, and continually improve
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A team-oriented spirit and genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, patient-first practice culture!
