Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and reporting for a portfolio of properties
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial tracking
- Generate financial reports and support budget planning
- If experienced, manage Appfolio software for streamlined property management (for those with proficiency)

- Property Management Experience: Previous experience in property management accounting is highly valued.
- Appfolio Proficiency: While not required, experience with Appfolio Property Management software is a plus—and offers additional perks!
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organizational skills.
