Schedule: FULL/PART-TIME, (General Schedule for Position)
Shift- 5am-1:30 pm
You will be working in SpringHill Suites kitchen as well as Fairfield Inn.
Summary
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be essential in delivering a delightful morning experience for our guests. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, your role involves food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Your core kitchen experience, along with relevant skills in food service and catering, will ensure high-quality offerings. Additionally, your familiarity with POS systems and banquet service will enhance operational efficiency. Position Duties:
- Ability to maintain a guest comes 1st attitude.
- Ability to adhere to brand standards for setup and display.
- Ability to conduct regular inventories of food and paper goods used for breakfast and catering.
- Ability to prepare breakfast foods needed for the breakfast and catering.
- Ability to maintain stock of breakfast foods during breakfast.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and replenishment of breakfast area, kitchen and/or pantry area, and mop, wipe down countertops, etc., during and after breakfast hours (breakfast dining area must be cleaned and dismantled within one hour of breakfast closing time).
- Ability to always be available by the Breakfast Bar during open times to restock or refill items as needed.
- Ability to ensure countertops and machines are always clean and tidy.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to interact with guest for guest stay feedback and maintaining hotel service scores.
- Ability to follow all state and local laws and have food service certificate within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to report to work on time and as scheduled.
- Ability to be in proper and clean uniform, including nametag. Personal appearance and grooming must conform to our organizational dress code.
- Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
