Sales Closer Opportunity: Join the MAIN STREET PROFESSIONALS Team (In-Person in Phoenix, AZ)

Are you an ambitious sales professional who thrives on closing high-value deals? We're looking for experienced, results-driven closers to join our team and help scale the nation’s leading tax strategy education program. As a closer, you’ll be converting qualified leads into clients for Mark J. Kohler’s online education course and community—empowering individuals and businesses to build wealth, protect assets, and reduce their tax burdens.

This is an in-person role at our Phoenix, AZ office, working alongside a high-performance team focused on growth and innovation. Compensation $60,000 commission-based, with potential earnings between $150,000 to $255,000 annually, depending on performance. Your income potential is uncapped. High ticket sales experience is required for this position.

YOUR ROLE AS A SALES CLOSER:

• Convert Qualified Leads: Work with warm, pre-qualified leads to close high-value sales for our online education course and community membership.
• Master Objection Handling: Use proven frameworks to handle objections and overcome concerns, ensuring prospects are confident and ready to commit​​.
• Deliver Value-Driven Pitches: Present tailored solutions that clearly outline how our programs will help prospects achieve their financial and tax goals​​.
• Follow-Up and Close: Leverage effective follow-up techniques to seal the deal and bring qualified prospects over the finish line​​.

Who You Are:

• Experienced closer: You have a proven track record of closing deals, particularly in high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Outstanding communicator: You have exceptional interpersonal skills and can quickly establish rapport and trust with potential clients.
• Organized and detail-oriented: You excel at managing your pipeline, following up with leads, and hitting your targets consistently.
• Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM software to track and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
• In-Person Ready: You’re eager to work in our Phoenix, AZ office and be part of a high-energy, growth-oriented team.
