Main Street Professionals is the leading Tax & Legal Education platform in America. The founder, Mark J. Kohler, is a best-selling author, founder of legal, tax and financial firms, national touring speaker and influencer. We’re on the hunt for a Sales HubSpot Specialist to take our sales tech stack to the next level. You’ll build and optimize the tools our sales team uses every day — from custom HubSpot workflows to internal dashboards, automations, and integrations with our product.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tools that empower our sales team to move faster and smarter
- Develop custom HubSpot solutions (workflows, APIs, integrations) to support deal flow, lead routing, and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to identify technical opportunities that drive revenue
- Integrate and optimize sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues across the sales tech stack
- Help automate repetitive tasks and improve data hygiene across platforms
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in software engineering or technical systems development
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot APIs and CRM customization
- Solid skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- A knack for solving business problems with code and creative thinking
- Experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams a big plus
Bonus Points For
- Experience with HubSpot, Justcall, Stripe, Salesforce, Zapier, or Looker/BI tools
- Background in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced growth environment
- Interest in data, automation, or RevOps strategy
