MSREA has an immediate opening for a Commercial Property Manager for multiple retail and office properties. This job operates in a professional office environment in central Scottsdale and could include management of properties throughout the Phoenix Metro area, requiring travel to properties as needed.
Responsibilities include :
- Client relations
- Supervision of on-site Engineering and Administrative staff
- Preparation of monthly financial and operating reports
- Accounts Payable processing for properties managed
- Vendor contract solicitation, awarding of contracts, supervision
- Supervise all construction activity on properties managed
- Preparation of annual operating budgets
- Preparation of CAM / Operating Expense Escalation billings and reconciliations
- Lease Administration
- Lease renewals
- Supervises invoicing and collection of all rents and other charges
- Maintain property's life safety / security procedures
