HVAC Instructors - Workforce Development

Title of Position: HVAC Instructors - Workforce Development Programs
Salary Range: Contracted; Dependent on Education Level
Responsibilities: This position would be responsible for teaching and/or coteaching workforce HVAC courses, including Oil Burner Technician and Propane and Natural Gas Technician courses. Other short-term technical trainings such as Heat Pump Installation and Inspection, Commercial Appliance Connection, Refrigeration and other related courses and workshops may also be part of the responsibilities based on employer demand.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- State of Maine Gas License.
- Master Oil Technician License
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
- 5-10 years' work experience in HVAC field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associated Degree in HVAC or related field.
- Teaching / training experience at college level or as industry trainer.
