We are looking for a Barista to join our F&B team who excels not only in preparing specialty drinks, but in providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.
Barista Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks in accordance with guest needs in an efficient and friendly manner
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite manner
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and recipes
- Maintain Knowledge of Hotel and local area
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling
