We are looking for an experienced and friendly hotel bar tender to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for serving drinks to our guests and creating a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere in our hotel bar.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain knowledge of the Menu, Hotel, and local area
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, engaging in conversation and providing recommendations when appropriate
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain accurate records of all sales
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels, restocking as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
- Adhere to all legal and company policies and procedures related to the sale and service of alcohol

Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bar tender in a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage handling, including proper pouring techniques and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate and any relevant certifications are a plus
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- TIPS or equivalent alcohol awareness certification is a plus
