We are seeking a skilled and experienced AM/PM Server to join our Hotel Bistro team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a AM/PM Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food and drinks, serving guests, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and organized.

Bistro Server Responsibilities include:

- Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner

- Prepare food to order according to specifications

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner

- Build rapport with guests to ensure a positive dining experience

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Ensure responsible beverage service by checking IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption

- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and Starbucks coffee

- Clean and organize the dining area, including tables, chairs,
