Front Desk Manager General Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day to day operations of the Front Desk
- Oversee the training and ongoing performance of the front desk associates
- Operate the front desk and assist guests with needs
- Manage the operations of the front desk in accordance with brand standards
- Maintain Knowledge of area, events and hotel offerings
- Maintain good customer relations, answer questions, resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain communication between departments
- Complete Administrative reports as requested

Requirements
Front Desk Manager Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2 year hotel experience
- 1 year Supervisory role experience
- Good interpersonal skills in person, written and over the phone
- Excellent problem solving and resolution skills
- Fluent Communication in English both spoken and written
- Schedule flexibility – ability to fill in shifts
- Availability Nights, Weekends and Holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
