Job Summary : The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in the daily operations of our school office, ensuring smooth communication and efficient management of administrative tasks. Responsibilities : -Manage the Principal's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. -Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone calls, mail) with professionalism and discretion. -Maintain accurate and organized records, including student files, staff records, and budget information. -Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. -Coordinate and organize school events and activities. -Assist with student registration and enrollment processes. -Manage school supplies and equipment inventory. -Communicate effectively with parents, students, staff, and community members. -Provide general administrative support to the school office. -Other duties as assigned by the Principal.
