Instructs athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize their fullest potential Has a thorough knowledge of all the athletic policies approved by MSAD #61 and is responsible for their implementation Has knowledge of existing District, state, and league regulations; implements same consistently and interprets them for staff Attends an annual clinic to enhance skills Supervises students, maintains discipline and works to increase morale, respect, and cooperation within the school sports program Delegates specific duties, supervises implementation, and at season's end, analyzes staff effectiveness Is accountable for all equipment, supplies, and materials Communicates with parents, coaches, and players prior to and throughout the season Performs all other related duties as assigned by the Athletic / Activities Director
