Job Description:
This is maintenance, repair, and reconstruction work of a managerial nature for the Maine State Ferry Service (MSFS). Work involves managing and overseeing the maintenance, operations, and construction activities.

A four (4) year combination of training, experience, and/or education in maintenance and/or construction. 1 year minimum supervisory experience is required.

Job Description:
This is maintenance, repair, and reconstruction work of a managerial nature for the Maine State Ferry Service (MSFS). Work involves managing and overseeing the maintenance, operations, and construction activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performs duties of Company Security Officer while overseeing facilities for MSFS
- Performs trainings and audits for land side crews to ensure MDOT policies and USCG regulations are met.
- Assists others to ensure vessel crews are properly trained in accordance with MDOT and USCG policies.
- Compiles annual audit reports for facilities and vessels
- Ensures coverage of land side crews to operate 7 days per week.
- Assists in crewing MSFS vessels in accordance with USCG COI's
- Oversees inventory personnel to ensure proper margins of materials are in stock
- Manages terminal agents throughout MSFS.
