Job Description:
This is professional services work in providing comprehensive research, evaluation, and planning services to the Department of Transportation. Responsibilities include performing complex planning, research, and analysis to be used in policy development and transportation project, program, and long-range planning and decision-making. Supervision may be exercised over a team of planners and/or technicians on a project basis. Work is performed under limited supervision.
To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:
A six (6) year combination of education, training, and/or experience in planning and program development with specific background in specialized field as necessary (i.e. transportation planning, environmental planning, economic planning).
