Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and document processes
- Develop and implement business process improvements and best practices
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes
- Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials for new and improved processes
- Assist with the research and evaluation of new technologies and solutions to support business objectives
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a data-driven culture within the organization
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio
- Understanding of construction and development industry preferred, but not required
