Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help us improve our business processes and maximize our efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex business problems. This role will be responsible for analyzing our current processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and document processes
• Develop and implement business process improvements and best practices
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes
• Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials for new and improved processes
• Assist with the research and evaluation of new technologies and solutions to support business objectives
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a data-driven culture within the organization
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio
• Understanding of construction and development industry preferred, but not required
