We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with basic math concepts for handling transactions effectively.
