We are seeking experienced nursing assistants to join our Central Staffing Float Pool at Waldo Hospital~New Float Pool Differentials Available!~The Central Staffing Float Pool offers a unique opportunity for experienced CNA's to expand their knowledge base and sharpen their skill set. CNA's are given the opportunity to train on an array of units at Waldo Hospital. The assortment of floors and units assigned to will provide an opportunity to practice in various clinical areas throughout the hospital. A nurse working in the Central Staffing Float Pool must possess the ability to think quickly on their feet, with remarkable adaptability and critical thinking expertise. Having the ability to transition between departments including but not limited to medical-surgical, critical care, inpatient behavioral health and emergency is a must when working in Central Staffing.For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants : 0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)1 years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position.
