- 0 - 1 years of experience is eligible for up to $2,500 (full time)
- 1 years of experience eligible for up to $4,000 (full time)Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time ANA / CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.36 Hours a week, 12 hour shifts, DAY SHIFT and NIGHT SHIFT Available7a-7p / 7p - 7a, with weekend / holiday rotationsFloat PoolThe Nursing Float Pool is the department for CNA's that are seeking a challenge and would like exposure to a broad range of patient acuity levels.
- Ability to float between Medical-Surgical Units with focus of Cardiac and Post-Surgical diagnoses, as well as our Special Care unit; which provides great exposure to specialties while continuing to expand your experience and skills
- 12 hour shiftsSummary : The Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)1. Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.2. License / Certifications : Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.3. Experience : Relevant experience preferred.4.
