- 0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)
- 1 years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)
- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
- Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.Unit Bio : 3100 babies are born each year at Maine Medical Center, here in our 17 bed Labor / Delivery / Recovery unit located in the new Coulombe Family Tower. We accept high risk pregnancy transfers from both Maine and New Hampshire. This is a highly motivated teamSummary : The Certified Nursing Assistant II role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) : 1. Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.2. License / Certifications : Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.3. Experience : CNA experience 0-6 months.
