About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Maine Maritime Academy.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and other financial software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments
- Reconcile Purchasing Card statements
- Maintain accurate accounts payable files
- Assist with 1099 distributions and vendor monitoring
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with business office experience
- Experience with financial software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
