Men's Golf Team Mission
The Head Men's Golf Coach will lead the men's golf team to achieve its mission of becoming a top-ranked NCAA Division III program, while promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Head Coach of the men's golf program, responsible for teaching and training student-athletes.
- Conduct high-quality teaching in a humane learning environment.
- Organize and direct all aspects of a successful and competitive NCAA Division III program.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the athletic department to promote a positive athletic experience for student-athletes.
- Ensure safety and well-being of student-athletes at all times.
