MAINE MARITIME ACADEMY is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Academy Infrastructure to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance tasks, operate equipment, and ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
Key Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Operate a range of building maintenance and lawn equipment.
- Make minor mechanical adjustments and repairs to equipment.
- Assist with special projects and events.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors and follow up to ensure resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; custodial or related work experience preferred.
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
