What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Administration and Building Maintenance position at Maine Municipal Association?
The Maine Municipal Association (MMA) is currently accepting resumes for the position of Manager of Administration and Building Maintenance. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations related to administrative functions within the Administrative Services department, including member services. This position is also responsible for overseeing essential building functions including general maintenance duties, building projects, and emergency management.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
· Seasoned supervisor/mentor within an office team environment
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Proven experience in operational management, administrative services and facilities maintenance
· Familiarity with process and workflow improvement, organizational membership management and web-based e-commerce platforms
· General knowledge of building maintenance, safety protocols and vendor management
· Must be proficient with a variety of computer systems especially complex database systems
· Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations including HIPAA and PCI DSS Security Standards
