Job Description:

The Maintenance Technician should have prior general maintenance knowledge and not only possesses integrity but has the experience demonstrating the following skills:
- Performs a wide variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance activities such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, and external and internal lighting, etc.
- Ensures all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Demonstrates superior customer service in order to help set our company apart from our competition.
- May do pool maintenance and repair.
- Patching and painting.
- Identifies, diagnose, resolve or fix maintenance issues
- Collaborates with supervisor to ensure the best decisions are made for property’s optimal success.
- Must be okay with Ladders, heights, climbing.
- Part of On-call rotation
The qualified candidate possesses:
- 2 year minimum experience in repairs and maintenance preferred
- Pool Certification preferred.
- Skilled in maintenance activities such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, and external and internal lighting, etc.
- Patching and painting experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently or with other team members or licensed master technicians
- Ability to diagnose, resolve or fix maintenance issues
- Desire to provide excellent customer service and a sense of pride in your work
- Ability to communicate well with people
- Service oriented person with a "can do" attitude
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Physical requirements include frequent need to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Objects over 50 lbs. must be accomplished with assistance from one or more person
