Salary:
$21.37 per hour.
Job Description:
The Food Services Technician is responsible for the application of established standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of safe and cost-effective food and beverages. Kitchen staff works closely with the Food Services Supervisor and Directors to ensure the dietary needs of everyone at camp are met. Our Food Service Technicians will prepare 2-3 meals per day for up to 100 people. This position is part-time seasonal (mid June - mid August) and is located in Princeton, Maine. Seasonal, 30-40 hours per week. Hours each day may vary depending on program needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D or equivalent AND some culinary training. You must also have complete health screening and appropriate background checks. Additionally, Servsafe food handler certification is required.
