The IT department at Maine Savings has an opening for a Business Applications Analyst. This position is a hybrid / remote role. We are looking for a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who understands and enjoys how applications get configured to meet internal and external member needs.

This position requires hands-on experience as an end-user with some or all of the following business applications : Symitar, Alkami, Meridian Link, and the Compass.
Ideally, the successful candidate is someone who gets excited about programs and applications and enjoys figuring things out to improve products for our users. Once hired and trained, the successful candidate will analyze, support, test, implement, and maintain key, critical business systems of Maine Savings. The primary system for this position will be the administration of our digital / online / mobile banking platform along with our business texting platform.
