Maine Savings is hiring a full-time Card and Digital Services Analyst in the Hampden administrative offices. This role supports the Visa Card and Bill payer programs for both internal and external members.

As a Card and Digital Services Analyst, you can expect to perform the following:
- Update and maintain debit card, credit card and Bill Payer databases
- Provide internal and external support related to the applicable programs: including but not limited to card disputes, fraud monitoring, card file maintenance and reporting.
- Process communications, both internally and externally, across multiple contact channels, with a high rate of efficiency and accuracy (includes telephone, web chat, secured messaging).
- Provide assistance with card and Bill Payer issues, questions and concerns in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
- Comply with all Visa requirements and rules, and also regulatory compliance, including but not limited to BSA, Privacy, Regulation E and E-Sign regulations.
- Provides assistance in processing check returns, incoming and outgoing wires and ACH items as needed.
- Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Experience: One to three years in a high-demand, customer focused environment; experience in card services, credit, or financial services preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and solid communication skills are essential elements of the job. Work involves much sensitive/confidential personal contact with others inside and/or outside the Credit Union for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Other Skills: Must work well in a team environment and have the ability to multi-task, negotiate and possess strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Strong computer literacy including a windows environment.
