Duties

- Manage team behavior, ensuring a respectful and supportive environment for all participants.
- Organize and oversee games, ensuring that all players have the opportunity to participate.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches regarding player progress and team objectives.
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game among all athletes.
- Maintain safety standards during practices and games; ensure all equipment is safe for use.
