HR Admin Assistant
You would be resonpsible for a wide-range of duties including communication to employees, employee recognition & events, employee tracking, benefits, supporting the HR supervisor & Manager. Will need to be able to read, write and interpret documents to assist employees so they understand benefits and policy's.
Answer phone, photocopying, faxing, data entry, typing, keyboarding. Assist with payroll functions as needed. Assist with the office upkeep, cleaning, stocking and reordering supplies. Any and all other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Education
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience
- Problem solving, communication, creativity and interpersonal skills a must.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Print Shop)
- Knowledge of Ultimate payroll system is helpful but not required.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Must be professional in dealing with personnel issues including confidential information.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
