Looking for a fulfilling role in healthcare? Our client in Portland, Maine is seeking a Temporary Physician Scheduling Coordinator to join their team!

Location : Portland, Maine, Temporary, 3MO Assignment (starting Mid-Jan possibly sooner)

Pay : $20-$23 / hr

Hours : Monday through Friday

Requirements :

Supporting the scheduling and prior authorization for surgeons / physicians

In charge of all aspects of preparation / maintenance

Great attention to detail

Good organization skills

Computer literacy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in high stress environment

Preferred :

High School graduate or GED

Previous medical office experience with scheduling

Salary : $20 - $23
