Supervisory Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent capacity for clear writing, speaking, attention to detail and an ability to ask questions, clarify assignments, and make recommendations for greater efficiency;
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties such as: process routine mail, run reports, create and proof documents and mailings, scan and copy documents;
- Use computer and general office equipment to effectively manage and organize files, communication, records and databases;
- Create, edit, proof and print documents, performance programs, award ceremony programs, and certificates;
- Submit master calendar forms, facility requests, maintenance requests, custodial requests, and IT requests;
- Manage multiple calendars (department chair(s), department calendar(s), 8to18, etc.);
- Handle requests for payments for field trips, guest clinicians, etc.;
- Accurately track and allocate income and expenses;
- Serve as the face of the department(s) to parents and the public;
- Answer and respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally;
- Maintain inventory and place orders for office supplies, department equipment, and supplemental materials;
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean office space;
- Perform duties related to student and family services
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office skills, Google Applications, and our school-specific information systems (Infinite Campus, Tableau, Eduphoria, FMX, Zendesk, Skyward, etc.)
- Bilingual applicants preferred but not required
- Minimum: High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- Prior related office experience preferred.
- Required: Motivated to continuously learn and develop industry-related skills and certifications.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. phone systems, fax machines, printers, etc.)
- Work is performed in an office setting with extended periods of time sitting and/or standing.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Exposure to video display terminals occurs on a regular basis.
- Ability to accept work interruptions in a considerate, helpful manner.
- Communication may not always be cooperative in nature and requires tact and discretion.
- Must be able to lift 20-25 pound boxes
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Occasionally, duties and responsibilities require working hours beyond set hours and days.
