Job Summary
Maine Trailer Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Registration Clerk for their Hampden location. This position will process State of Maine Trailer registrations for our growing Registration division.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and email inquiries
- Open incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Review and process Trailer Registration paperwork
- Process Bureau of Motor Vehicle Reports
- Keep customer files updated
- Prepare receipts daily for internal processing
- Photocopy, email, scan, fax, file information
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Be a reliable, team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of general office practices, Google drive, Word and Excel documents is preferred
- Notary Public commission is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
