The Business Office Manager manages and completes all aspects of resident census activity, including billings and collections from residents and their responsible party. The Business Office Manager also completes the facility's employee payroll and works closely with the facility's Administrator, management team and the central office financial management team.

- A high school degree or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three years combination of post-secondary education / training / experience with considerable knowledge of bookkeeping and data entry management activities that reflect progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Long term health care experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable of business math, bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
- Considerable experience in resident account collections in the nursing home industry.
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits and applicable laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Possess excellent customer relations skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
