Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to fill the position of Residential Care Nurse Supervisor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, clinical oversight, direction, monitoring, and training for all nursing and nursing-related operations during the scheduled shift.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to nursing practice.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the nursing team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications:
