We are seeking a Floor Technician / Housekeeping Aide to join our dedicated team at MVH - Caribou. Our Floor Technician / Housekeeping Aides perform floor maintenance and housekeeping activities in order to provide our residents, visitors and staff with a clean, safe, attractive, and comfortable place to live and work in.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and includes every-other weekend.

- Previous experience with basic floor maintenance and equipment
- Experience with institutional housekeeping preferred
- Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to understand and respond to residents' needs and inquiries in English is required.
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
