We are looking for a per diem Physical Therapist who has weekday availability.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, communicates with residents, families, physicians and other health team members, maintains documentation of services in the medical record and conducts in-services and training for facility staffin accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and MVH policies and procedures.

Required Experience
- Must possess current State of Maine license as aPhysical Therapist.
- Experience in a long-term care environment is a plus.
