Location: Hampden, Maine
Full Time Schedule, 36 hours
Sunday 8pm- Monday 8am
Tuesday 8pm- Wednesday 8am
Wednesday 8pm- Thursday 8am

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure a Safe and Comfortable Environment – Remain alert and available to respond to residents' needs throughout the night.
- Assist with Overnight Needs – Support residents with personal care, repositioning, and nighttime routines as needed.
- Conduct Regular Safety Checks – Monitor residents and the home, ensuring a secure and peaceful night.
- Household Responsibilities – Complete light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to support the daily function of the home.
- Morning Support – Help residents start their day by assisting with morning routines before the next shift arrives.
- Documentation – Accurately record observations, overnight incidents, and any assistance provided.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the entire shift.
- Experience in healthcare or social services is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
- Must be dependable and have good work ethic.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a required background and driving record check.
- Reliable and safe transportation.
- Must be able to complete required training if not already certified (DSP, CPR/First Aid, CRMA)
