Location: Hampden, Maine

Full Time Schedule, 37 hours

Monday: 8am-8pm

Tuesday: 10am-8pm

Wednesday: 3pm-8pm

Thursday: 10am-8pm

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Engage in fun and meaningful activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
• Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring heart and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in healthcare or social services is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
• Must be dependable and have good work ethic.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a required background and driving record check.
• Reliable and safe transportation.
• Must be able to complete required training if not already certified (DSP, CPR/First Aid, CRMA may be required)
