As a RESTAURANT MARKETING MANAGER & EVENTS COORDINATOR, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive foot traffic, boost revenue, increase on-site conversion rates, and ensure repeat business after departure. This role extends beyond traditional marketing, as it involves overseeing event planning, coordination, and philanthropy programs and events.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to promote our company brands.

Manage marketing budgets, including allocations for various initiatives, sponsorships, and fundraisers.

Oversee marketing channels, including in-restaurant digital signage and broadcast channels, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with local restaurant teams to create marketing plans tailored to specific trade areas.

Actively engage in sponsorship events, special events, public branding events, and all marketing events related to company brands.

Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent within the organization, fostering a positive company culture through marketing initiatives.

Plan, produce, and supervise the execution of marketing events, both internal company events and external promotional events to enhance brand visibility and culture promotion.
