Job Description: Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) The Memory Care CNA will provide essential care and support to residents in our Glenridge facility. This role is vital in maintaining the daily well-being of individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-related conditions. What You'll Do: Provide empathetic patient care, making a difference with every interaction. Handle communications and monitor patient conditions with attentiveness. Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff Work with nurses and activities coordinator(s) to enhance the lives of our residents Your Qualifications: State of Maine CNA certification.
