Finance Analyst (CDM Analyst)- Hybrid

Job Description

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with the potential to work up to four days remotely per week once training is complete.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure integrity and provide regular maintenance of the charge description master, along with related financial files.
• Communicate maintenance activities to clinical departments and information systems staff to implement necessary changes affecting charge identification, capture, reconciliation, and claim processing.
• Lead annual, quarterly, and regular maintenance activities, including reviewing CPT®, HCPCS, revenue codes, RVUs, modifiers, and pricing for accuracy, compliance with billing guidelines, and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with departments to identify charging, billing, and coding issues, ensuring proper revenue capture and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
