The Work :
- Develop specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic vision of MaineGeneral Health.
- Lead and manage staff, including performance evaluations, fostering engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee departmental budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage contracts and vendor relationships.
- Support special projects, provide business analysis, and identify areas for process improvement.
