What You’ll Do :
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Perform receptionist, registration, and clerical duties to support patient care
- Schedule appointments and assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations
- Process payments, including co-pays and deductibles, and refer students to financial counselors as needed
- Ensure accurate entry of patient demographic, billing, and clinical information
- Provide assistance to students and staff with healthcare inquiries
