What You’ll Do :
- Ensure safe, accurate, and effective medication use.
- Provide clinical expertise and medication education to patients and medical staff.
- Identify and resolve medication-related issues proactively.
- Verify and dispense prescriptions while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with providers to recommend therapeutic alternatives when appropriate.
