Patient-Centric Approach: With one-on-one treatment sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver focused, impactful care and build meaningful connections with your patients. Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients’ physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans to meet specific patient goals, including frequency and type of interventions. Implement and Monitor Treatment: Oversee therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans as needed. Patient Education: Provide guidance to patients and their families on treatment goals, adaptive equipment, and self-management strategies. Discharge Planning: Assist patients with seamless transitions post-therapy, offering expert recommendations for ongoing recovery. You Have: Maine State Physical Therapy Licensure: A valid Maine State license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.
