What You’ll Be Doing :
Sterilizing Medical Instruments : Safely and effectively clean, disinfect, decontaminate, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
Preparing for Procedures : Assemble and package supplies for surgeries, ensuring everything is ready and sterile for use.
Monitoring Processes : Document sterilization processes to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
Collaboration : Work closely with the surgical team to ensure that instruments are available and ready for use when needed.
Continuous Improvement : Engage in ongoing learning and process improvements to enhance our department’s operations.
