Hematologist Oncologist with Subspecialty Interest in Hematology
Join a dynamic team of hematologists and oncologists at MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital in Rockport, ME, and MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME.
A Growing & Collaborative Team
We have a rapidly expanding hematology practice with a large number of complex malignant and classical hematology cases. Our team is supported by dedicated pharmacists, nurse navigators, social workers, palliative care providers, and allied staff within a well-equipped on-site infusion center.
Rapidly Growing Hematology Practice
With an established referral base, we are anticipating the need for care of patients receiving novel therapies such as BiTE therapy. You will work alongside our existing team of 2 oncologists and 2 NPs at Pen Bay, and 1 oncologist and 1 DNP at WCGH.
Advanced Technology and Collaboration
You will utilize state-of-the-art analytics, including ASCO CancerLinQ, and work within the EPIC EMR system with BEACON for oncology care. We also offer access to advanced tertiary care hematology services at MHCC and Maine Medical Center (MMC) in Portland.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of residency/fellowship in oncology or hematology-oncology
- Board-certified or board-eligible in oncology or hematology-oncology
