Position Overview
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager by overseeing daily store operations, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves team leadership, problem-solving, and keyholder responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and retail experience.
What You’ll DoCustomer Service & Team Leadership
✔ Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service
✔ Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring team members
✔ Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally
✔ Support staff in daily tasks to ensure a smooth store operation
Store Operations & Sales Support
✔ Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving shipments
✔ Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and merchandised
✔ Process transactions, refunds, and voids accurately
✔ Maintain compliance with store policies, including age-restricted sales
Store Maintenance & Compliance
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
✔ Ensure compliance with food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines
✔ Report maintenance needs or operational concerns to the Store Manager
✔ Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures
Keyholder Responsibilities
✔ Open and close the store, including balancing cash drawers and securing the premises
✔ Handle cash deposits and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
✔ Act as the point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 2 years in retail, grocery, or customer service preferred
Supervisory experience is a plus!
