Objectives:

* Clean each and every home or office on your schedule in the given time frame so that the client walks in feels AMAZING!

* Contribute to hiring and training other Core Values matched cleaners as needed

Expected time investment for Part Time (3-5 days per week):

* At least 4 days a week, M-F 8:00am - 6:00pm (must be the same days each week)

* Up to 5 days a week, M-F 8:00am - 11:00pm

* Attend team meetings

Expected time investment for On-Call (As needed):

* On call as needed (when other cleaners are out sick, on vacay, etc) hours 0 - 20 hrs/wk. Some weeks we might not need you at all and other weeks we might need you every day. Usually it would just be filling in if someone is sick or we have a big job and need more help.

* Must show up 100% of the time you're invited to clean to qualify for this job (M-F 8am - 6pm availability)

Required:

* 1 yr residential cleaning experience preferred, willing to train the right person

* Working, insured vehicle valid drivers license

* Working smart phone

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, stand, reach, scrub, etc for up to 8 hrs

* Attend paid team meetings

Desired but not required:

* Attend non-paid team outings
